Spend your time reviewing results.

When your VINs live on paper or in a spreadsheet, every new check can mean starting the same searches again. Keep the vehicle list and the campaign research together.

The one-by-one routine

  • Find a VIN on the next sheet.
  • Run another campaign search.
  • Keep the results with your own notes.
  • Repeat when you want an update.

With BulkRecalls

  • Paste multiple VINs or upload a CSV.
  • See campaign matches beside each vehicle.
  • Return to the same saved inventory.
  • Recheck daily and export campaign records.

Why use this when NHTSA is free?

NHTSA is a useful free option for an occasional check, including its bulk VIN tool. BulkRecalls adds a saved inventory and a repeatable campaign-review workflow, so you can come back to the same vehicle records instead of preparing your list for every check.

Know which question the results answer.

BulkRecalls finds campaigns for a vehicle's year, make, and model. NHTSA's VIN lookup can identify unrepaired recalls for a specific supported VIN. Use the manufacturer or NHTSA's VIN lookup to verify the exact vehicle.

Vehicle records and CSV exports

Useful campaign data.
Clear about its limits.

NHTSA vehicle decoding and recall campaign information provide the foundation. Matches are based on year, make, and model.

Understand the results
Can I check multiple VINs for recalls at once?

Yes. Paste a list of VINs or upload a CSV to research multiple vehicles together. BulkRecalls decodes vehicle details and finds NHTSA recall campaigns by year, make, and model. These matches do not confirm that a specific VIN has an unrepaired recall; verify the exact vehicle with the manufacturer or NHTSA VIN lookup.

Can I upload a photo of my VIN sheets?

Photo and document scanning are not available. Paste the VINs as text or upload a CSV with a vin column. You can add unit or stock numbers in the name column.

What happens after I create an account?

Paste VINs or upload your CSV on the Add vehicles page. BulkRecalls saves the vehicles and starts checking for campaign matches. Return to Inventory to review the records and export campaign results.

Campaign matches are a starting point.

A match may not apply to every VIN in a vehicle group. It does not establish VIN-specific applicability or unrepaired recall status.

Verify repairs with the manufacturer.

Confirm VIN-specific applicability and completed repairs with the manufacturer or an authorized dealer. Results are not a safety certification or compliance guarantee.

Does BulkRecalls integrate with my fleet platform?

No. Upload a VIN CSV or paste VINs from your records. Direct integrations with Samsara, Geotab, Motive, Verizon Connect, and Teletrac Navman are not available. Inventory does not synchronize automatically. A CSV needs a vin column; optional name, make, model, and year columns help organize your records.
